PIM
PIM exports and product enrichment
How to build export feeds, use platform templates, apply feed filters, and enrich product content for downstream use.
Building Exports
Export feeds can be used as direct downloads or scheduled outputs
The exports area lets you define feeds for different target platforms or customer needs. You can create a downloadable feed, copy its shareable URL, or schedule regular refreshes.
Filters And Templates
How to shape a feed for the right destination
- Use a platform template when the feed is aimed at Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or another supported export style.
- Use custom mode when you want full control over the output columns.
- Filter by SKU, category, supplier, or stock status when the feed should only contain part of the catalogue.
- Use a pricing file if you need the export to follow a separate pricing layer rather than the default product price.
Product Enrichment
Improving the content inside PIM
PIM also supports enrichment workflows, including stronger descriptions, structured attributes, documents, videos, and AI-assisted content improvements where enabled. The goal is to make each product more useful both for customers and for the channels that will consume the feed.
- Review supplier descriptions rather than assuming the raw import is retail-ready.
- Use attributes consistently so exports remain structured and searchable.
- Add documents and media when they help downstream retailers or end customers understand the product better.
- Check exported outputs after major content changes so the destination platform still receives what you expect.
