Pricemaster Documentation
Start here for a practical walkthrough of the main areas of Pricemaster, what each section is for, and where to go next.
Pricemaster helps you make faster pricing decisions with less manual work
Pricemaster brings together your own product data, competitor pricing, sales performance, and rule-based automation so your team can manage pricing in one place. Depending on your setup, you can monitor the market, run price rules, test price increases, send prices back to your store, and manage product data through the optional PIM area.
- Use Dashboard to get a quick read on market activity, product coverage, and recent changes.
- Use Competitors, URLs, and Direct URLs to make sure the right market pages are linked to the right products.
- Use Rules, Sales Rules, and AI Margin Miner to control or test pricing.
- Use Reports when you want a structured export or a visual view of a specific pricing question.
- Use PIM if your site has that module enabled and you need to manage product content, imports, and export feeds.
How the app is organised
Getting connected
Site selection, onboarding, site settings, product syncs, and order syncs live around the setup flow.
Watching the market
Competitor management, duplicate resolution, and direct URL tracking are all about improving market coverage and data quality.
Changing prices
Market Rules, Sales Rules, rule simulation, and AI Margin Miner are the main tools for testing or automating pricing moves.
Reviewing performance
Dashboard widgets, charts, reports, and scheduled emails help your team see what changed and what to do next.
Managing product content
If PIM is enabled for your site, you also get product imports, enrichment, content mapping, pricing exports, and feed management.
Best reading order for new users
Read first login, site selection, and site settings
That gives you the operational basics: which site you are controlling, how imports run, and where account-specific settings live.
Read onboarding and competitor matching
Those guides explain how products enter the platform and how competitor pages become usable pricing inputs.
Read dashboard, rules, simulation, and reports
That sequence covers how to read the app, make pricing decisions, test them safely, and communicate the outcome.
